Attention! The bastards didn't have the correct phone number or website on Google Maps. I ordered food to be picked up using the number on the website, drove to Waldbröl and then found out that my food is in Dieringhausen ...

So so. Plates dirty, food partly burnt and partly cold. Interior inconsistent. Therefor large portions and very friendly and hard-working service.

Not again! Two out of three dishes ordered were absolutely inedible. Very bad smell of ammonia or the like. We also found foreign bodies in the soup. That borders on bodily harm what happens in this restaurant!

Never again. The food was cold. And when something was empty, nothing was ever refilled. But generally hardly choice. Unfriendly staff. But the worst comb in the end. One of our group was there for only 20min. But had not drunk anything or eaten. Extra mentioned several times that he will eat and drink nothing. But should pay a complete, - on the grounds that the bill is written at the beginning. Even a 1 year old baby who just gets his mouth shut, has to pay for the buffet. Dirty shop !! NEVER AGAIN

The food tasted good and we also tolerated it well. The staff was fast and friendly, the buffet was always well stocked. The only unpleasant thing was the loud music.

Unfortunately, I have to take back my 5 stars. The last visit was a disaster. I have never experienced anything so unfriendly. Please save this. I would like to say that the food there has always tasted good but the handling of the guests is crucial for me and plays a big role in the restaurant culture. I was ensetzt ..... today 02.11.18 at 12.45 clock "lunch buffet" 7.50 Euro. 4 people sat there, so not full .... we were surprised. But then .... we knew why. e.g. Beef with onions whole 5 pieces of meat plus 100 onions with a bit of sauce were only in one bowl ..... this tough to out there. Hardly a choice. Several empty bowls ..... sorry Onions copious with sauce available everywhere. When asked whether times would be refilled came as an answer ..... we would see that nothing was going on. Ok so we 4 people to the other 4 probably did not count then. The rice pappip. Tasteless. Spring rolls dry. It was just awful. Absolutely manageable selection. A catastrophe in taste. When asked if it tastes good we said "no" and the service went on. Criticism not desired. Absolutely overbearing. We will never go there again. I would not even have paid 2.80 euros for it. For a 6 year old child buffet price 6 Euro. Better "to make" if you are not with heart ....... absolute fool. What has happened to the store? No shrimp. No crabs. No delicacies ...... only cheap garbage. The 1 star I forgive for the baked at least 6 pieces of bananas then at 13.15 clock only on demand were served. Chocolate fountain with cold chocolate. But the picture says it all. It was 1:20 pm. What would they have done if 30 people had come in ...... ???? In the future, I like to travel a bit further and I would like to pay 1 Euro more for a first-class buffet lunch.

1 hour before the end of the lunch buffet time everything was empty and nothing was refilled. Nothing special in taste in the program. Loveless and unaromatic. Lunch buffet is not recommended.

Has a good selection on the buffet. A Mongolian bbq also. There is also a small area for the kids inside for when they get restless. Plenty of parking. The staff seemed friendly. I would visit again for sure.
